We have developed a FormsExpress Quick Start Program specifically for Intelligent Health Systems users.
With Quick Start, you can
Design data stream integration and deployment on the Dairyland system of the following health forms:
- HCFA UB-92, 1500, 485, 487 and MDS Federal Forms
- Purchase Order, Payroll Check, A/P Check
- Itemized Bill
- Monthly Statement
- Inpatient, Outpatient/Emergency Registration
PC-based form design software
PC-based form design software allows user to design forms in a Windows operating environment. Forms are then transferred from a PC to the Dairyland host system. From the host system the forms may be used on any Dairyland configured laser printer.
Installation and Training
Installation, printer configuration and training on FormsExpress Central Design are included in the Quick Start Package.
