First launched in 2000, HealthCare Anytime’s (HCA) purpose is to connect you, the patient with your health care provider electronically, though a secure connection. There are several features which allow to you maintain, track and share your medical records and medical history. HCA’s program focuses on your community making it easy for you to find the perfect health care provider for you. Login into the HCA secured website and experience all of the features available to you.
Schedule an appointment with your provider (doctor, dentist, chiropractor, etc.) from your computer, come back and check availability later. No need to wait on the phone to find out availability. This works by sending a message to the provider of your choice requesting dates and times that you are available. Your provider will send a message with your appointment date and time to your message folder in your account on the HCA website. We’re in the process of making some changes to the way this works making it even easier for you set an appointment.
Manage and maintain your medical history and medical records. Keep up to date records of your prescription medications (past and current), over the counter (OTC) medications, allergies (drug and general), immunizations, emergency contact information, your health history, and insurance information (primary and dependents). You can allow your health care provider access to any or all of these records through a secure connection on the HCA site. By doing this; the health care provider will already have your information so you won’t have to fill out a lot of paperwork when you go in for your appointment.
You can create a history or journal of what physicians you have seen, when you saw a particular physician, and what the outcome was for each visit. Upload images you would like to have saved on file i.e. Insurance Cards, Drivers License, or any other useful information you would like to scan or add. All of the information you have entered or received allows you to generate a report or create a PDF file of all the information. If you do create the file in PDF format you can save the information on a USB keychain that you can take anywhere with you.
HealthCare Anytime uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to protect information visitors submit in one of our online forms. This technology protects visitors from having their information intercepted by anyone other than HealthCare Anytime while it is being transmitted. It is the site visitor’s responsibility to protect your User IDs and Passwords from disclosure to third parties. You are not permitted to avoid the use of required encryption technologies.

CommunityHCA spotlights your community. We provide you with information and events that are important to you. We provide information about upcoming community events provided by your health care provider.
Personal Health RecordThe personal health record (PHR) is a web-based set of tools which allow you to manage and maintain your health information over your lifetime. You can make any or all of it available to health care providers, doctors, nurses, and your family. Its value to you, your family, and the doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals who provide your treatment and care is endless.
CalendarCoordinate all of your appointments with your health care providers, hospitals, and doctors all in one place. Easily update your schedule, add personal chores, events, anything that is important to you. You have one place where everything is organized and easy for you to refer to.
MessagingThrough our secure site communicate back and forth with your provider (doctor, dentist, chiropractor, etc.) quickly and effectively. Request medical records, appointments, communicate questions or concerns. You can even have reminders sent to your personal email requesting you to logon to the HCA site to verify appointments.
AppointmentsMake appointments online, no need to wait on the phone for a response. Just send a message to your provider requesting the dates and times that you are available and come back your message folder at a convenient time for their response. Be more efficient with time spent by having a hard copy of your appointment, no need to confirm. You can confirm your appointment by sending a message to your provider who will confirm the date and time.
