• Specific outpatient types may be put in a bed; online review will display patient in bed but statistics and bed charges are not affected.
• Preliminary census may be run multiple times; final census automatically generates room/bed charges by accommodation code, medical service, or acuity level.
• ‘Protect Patient Information’ flag is included in census inquiry: field flashes if “Y” is entered.
